This is the suggested Tai Chi Yang Style Competition form from Master Gohring. When performed it must be between 3min to 3min 30sec. If you go under time you get counted off points. You can also make up your own sequence but Master Gohring doesn't recommend this the first time you compete.

Must be between 3min to 3min 30sec. Must be smooth and one constant slow speed only. Yang Style is characteristically slow and smooth. You do not have to wear your sash but it may look nice. You may want to ask Mrs. Write (512-422-4245) about buying a competition uniform which are usually less than $100. Each ring is assigned to a certain style for the day so stay near the Yang Style ring. Ring assignments are usually posted on a big chart just outside the entrance to the main tournament floor.
I don't recommend doing the flute form for Tai Chi Competition. If you know the Saber (time limit: 1min 30sec to 3min 30sec), even if you just learned it, you definately should do it for competition. Definately do the Beautiful Sunset Tai Chi/Kung Fu from (time limit: 1min 30sec to 3min 30sec) in the "other weapon" under internal events competition. This will usually be in another ring and you would want to know how much room you need so you start in the right spot. You should practice it in different directions and locations to prepare yourself.
Should I go to the Taiji Legacy?
