1. You Preregister, Sign-Up and Pay for the workshops by filling out the form on the downloadable form on the Taiji Legacy website and then mailing it in with you fees.
2. Sometimes the workshops you sign-up for will end up being scheduled at the same time.
3. When you get to the event you will need to go to Pre-registration table, usually set up Friday morning before the workshops.
4. The workshops will usually be at the host hotel.
5. They will give you tickets that will have a blank for the workshop name, instructor name and, I think, your name. These blanks will still be blank. You will fill the blanks in and hand the ticket to the teacher of the workshop you attend. This is how the individual masters get paid.
6. You can use your tickets for any workshop so if there are two workshops you signed up for happening at the same time you can still use your ticket in another workshop. Or, if for some reason the workshop is canceled you can use your ticket in another workshop.
7. If you like to take a lot of workshop you should sign-up for six workshops so you get six tickets. This should be enough to go to workshops on Friday and Sunday taking into account you may need to rest and some workshops will conflict. Also, you can use any left over tickets for Sunday morning workshops.
8. You can always buy extra tickets if you don't have enough.
